Personal Trainer

Cindy’s passion is helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals by providing evidence-based exercise programming while keeping it fun.  She has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry working with various populations around the island. Her training style is quality over quantity to helpher clients develop excellent form and technique to maximize training outcomes while preventing injuries. She has taught various group fitness formats and individualized personal training sessions which lends to her ability to provide clear instruction while delivering an incredible workout. Her programs are designed to improve movement patterns that impact activities of daily living, leisure time activities, and sports performance. Each session builds upon the last to ensure her clients develop and sustain great exercise habits. She has a wealth of experience with strength training, general conditioning, functional training, self-myofascial rolling, core conditioning, HIIT training, and corrective exercises. She is also experienced with special populations such as seniors, pulmonary disease, Parkinson’s disease, and diabetes. If you are just starting your fitness journey or are a seasoned athlete, Cindy will guide you to meet your personal fitness goals.
