Gwynn Ellicott


Gwynn has over 25 years in the Hospitality/Health and Fitness Industry. Her background ranges from directing high end Spa Retreats, to owning and operating one of Kailua’s first fitness centers in 1997, Kailua Fitness, Inc. Her club was very well received by 300+ members. In 2006 the club was sold and Gwynn began to focus more on her personal training business. She offered her services to Mid Pacific Country Club, and proposed a plan to help build a fitness center there and teach various classes and offer personal training to the members of MPCC. Her company, Kailua Fitness, assists many clients all around the community. We teach and train in peoples homes, and at other various locations throughout Kailua.  Gwynn uses enthusiasm and positive energy when training and teaching clients. She has a passion for working with people and watching the outcome of the hard work they put in, show in their lifestyles. Gwynn enjoys ocean activities, the beach, paddling, biking, hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She is an avid SF Giants fan as well 😊

Movement has always been an important aspect of my life. Growing up dancing various forms, swimming on teams and exploring the outdoor world, is what lead me to choose a career as a fitness professional.  


As a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor, I am able to help people in various stages of their lives to simply move better, feel healthier and learn to enjoy exercising. As a mother, I understand how hard it is to find the time and energy to work on your mental and physical health, and I am here to to help make that healthy lifestyle attainable, through realistic goals.

I am so excited to be a part of this team. I am certified with American Council on Exercise. I mostly incorporate strength training to help my clients achieve their goals, but am always interested in finding new and creative ways to contribute to their success. Fitness is an absolute passion of mine. I find an overwhelming sense of happiness and motivation in watching those I work with progress and creating the overall best version of themselves.

Cindy Webster

After years of working in corporate America, including being a Program Director for a Crisis Support Services program (sexual assault advocacy, domestic violence assistance and a homeless shelter for women and children), Cindy Webster brought her passion for helping others to the fitness industry. She began as a certified cycling instructor over 14 years ago. Since then, she has earned certifications in: TRX, Yoga, Group Fitness, Pilates, Barre and is a NASM Personal Trainer.

Cindy’s zeal for fitness and exercise comes from her personal weight loss and health journey, which gives her the drive and desire to help and share with others.

As a Naval spouse, (moving numerous times), and the mother of 5 sons, she understands the need for time efficiency. She specializes in ‘multifunctional’ moves/workouts, getting the most out of a short amount of time. She is also passionate about activities such as hiking, water-skiing, paddle-boarding, snowshoeing and biking; and thus focuses on working out in a way that compliments other life pursuits.
